When you sign up, you complete a detailed fitness profile covering your goals, experience level, available equipment, schedule, and any physical limitations. Our AI uses this to generate a weekly plan that adapts every time you complete a session, ensuring progressive overload and optimal recovery.
Do I need a gym or any equipment?
